Riley, Lets clarify this ONE LAST TIME, there was only ONE agreement between myself and AZNT and it was NOT an agreement to " Promote " the Market as Gary states. The callt hat Gary put together was an introduction to you. And frankly, if you recall it was also the last one. So, Mr. Riley, you need to GET your facts straight as well. As I can tell you are getting them from Gary, not real smart. I hope the S.E.C comes to talk to me about AZNT, I have a few things about AZNT they'd love to hear, and see about Self transfer Sylver. So, in other words, show me an agreement between AZNT and Me. There ISN'T one. The one that did exsist was terminated due to breech of contract by AZNT, for failure to PAY. Riley, my boy, you may have just solved everything I have wanted to do in your email, phone call or via the ultimate brainwave...........thanks. Gary, go ask Mikey if he wants ME talking to the S.E.C., lolololololololololol

What you appear to be saying Riley, is that Dean Dumont lied to you when you asked him about compensation from AZNT. You say this is a "violation of SEC rules and regulations". Could you direct us to the SEC rule that states that lying to Riley G is a violation ? It appears that you think lying to you is a violation but lying by you isn't. Does this about sum it up ? Why were you asking him about compensation ? Were you trying to determine whether or not you wished to be involved in promoting this squeeze, also? You appear to have violated certain SEC laws when you and Pugs called me into a three way telephone call. I would imagine Pugs made the call, since I had never heard of you. The laws that you appear have violated are this, I asked you if you have, or will ever receive a BENEFIT from AZNT both directly, or indirectly, and your answer was this, "I am not receiving anything from AZNT." It appears that this was a LIE and you failed to disclose your contract to be paid in AZNT stock for your PROMOTIONS in AZNT. This is a direct violation of SEC rules and regulations.
