There is only one person I know of who actually has a supply, well, maybe I should say HAD a supply as I haven't talked to him since Thursday last week. He was selling them for $10 flat (buying: 9.00)

My other wholesale sources is saying nothing "they are on backorder."

And the .999 silver rounds biz is brisk as well.

b9/a10 seems to be a common thread on teletype except for the onesies & twosies and occasional 10 lot such as ebay's primarily seem 2B...
BUT,
by the time you get confirmatory ebay e*mail,
e*mail the seller,
send your check
then wait for your check to clear,
onlyl then they are obligated to mail you pkg
and maybe register/insure it and maybe not,
two weeks have past,
and the price can go up in that two weeks.

If silver eagle price goes up,
there will be the inevitable shyster who will yield to the temptation to sell it again,
and just refund your money,
which means a bidder is S.O.L.

The ebay seller gets a black comment.
no biggy if the unscrupulous is going to play that game anyhow.
However, if.....
the price of silver eagles drops in that 2 week rigamarol, then
your chances of receiving delivery increase.

These are the days to deal with the reputable,
and buy locally if one insists still insists on silly silver eagles.

JERUSALEM (February 28, 1999 2:41 p.m. EST nandotimes.com) - Israel will wage a ground, sea and air assault on Lebanon in response to an attack by Hezbollah guerrillas that killed four Israelis including a brigadier-general, the army chief said Sunday.

"This offensive action will continue also on the ground, from the air and the sea. The army will fight the Hezbollah...it has the capability," Lt. Gen. Shaul Mofaz told a news conference in Tel Aviv.
