After promising financials by March 1st the CEO should have released a statement stating that he was wrong and why. so we have a better understanding of the underlying reasons. I did not like the way they finally released the news, by inserting a short sentence in the body of a press release on how CEO Soto was going to like working for CAGI. Also I don't think they will wait until March 31st, I think they took the prudent course of saying it would be released by March 31st....I actually expect it to be released shortly after getting on the AMEX.
