This is when a private company wants to become publicly traded and does not want to go through the expense of getting an investment banker. They have a basically "dead shell" company that can still be traded "buy them out" and then they change the ticker symbol to their own. CATV owns land..... that would be a great asset to go along with the shell ticker symbol. Check out IHWY this is exactly what they did and they now trade @ $9.00. Charts tell the tale...ALWAYS....this chart says there is alot of interest in this company and the people on this site could not create that volume with $500 or $600 each. There were 241 trades today and volume is only 1/10 that of a few days ago. Price down on light trading is normal. Whoever bought the 50,000,000 shares on 2/23 (or most of it)still has it and knows something we don't (this based on the fact that many who have held for years waiting for this occasion have sold in the past few days. NOW, Do you think your $500 (that is now probably worth $150) is worth missing the chance to turn it into $1500 or are you willing to take the risk ($150 now) to wait and see what the big guys are hiding? ...................................................................... Something is going on with this stock that nobody here can explain, but I feel we will in the next few weeks.
