You are right that site that I found used a private company going public by way of reverse merger. But otc-bb use the same process
to move to the NASDAQ. AS far as the share structure is concerned I
believe every deal is different. If a company has enough cash maybe
there would not be any shares involved at all.

Well this is all speculation on our part as TSIG's management
team has not mentioned or implied a reverse merger. All we really know is that RG wants to be listed on the NASDAQ. And since TSIG is a fully reporting company I believe that all other requirements are meet except the share price.
