Cybertrader is down this morning, my first day with the company, I can't even set up my page, I hope this isn't a bad omen.

I have been a cyber trader customer for a while now. I am very happy with the people who work there but have a number of problems with the program itself.
1. the daily chart never works
2. they don't provide info and chart on a number of major indices, including S&P
3. No news is available
4. I can't access the historical date from PCQuote to do my research at night though the company receives its data from PCQuote
5. System has a funny way of breaking down on days that the market makes a big upward movement and is perfect for big profits
6. Most importantly, the program does not provide for alarm and signal based on percentage of change
7. By the time the stock symbol flashes on "approaching low or high window", even if you set the filter at the highest possible number "1/2", the stock has made its run and offers no exceptional opportunity.

I have no intention of closing my account in that I have not been able to find any other company that provides better services. However, I would like to hear comments and suggestions from anyone who has tried other companies out there, and have found a superior alternative.
Lastly, I have tried executioner, and various other realtick III based programs. I am planning to visit MB trading's site in El Segudon sometime this week.
I appreciate any comments you have.
