I tend to agree with you, but at the same time I will continue to trust the management of AOL. There was a nice article in I believe, the motley fool on how AOL is well positioned to be the next MSFT.

I suspect that any discussions with AT&T involve broadband access, not merger. I don't think AOL would gain any benefit from a merger with AT&T. If there is a merger, you had better have a stop loss order in place when it is announced.
