eagle, i am so glad that you got that color prob fixed! and that the solution was so readily available via the netcenter FAQ feature. remember to visit the user groups for navigator and communicator probs. the first visit, you will be asked to download thousands of headers. i balked at this at first, but i don't think you're downloading the message bodies, just the links to click to take you to the individual message. once there, you can submit your question very easily (just like composing mail, imo). i received 4 responses between very late last night and this a.m. it's all a work in progress, isn't it? it'll never be perfect, or all okay. :) just trying to refrain from using too much duct tape! lol! regards, mark
