Jimbo,
PMFGI but I used to use Etrade for options too. Big mistake. They are too slow, get bad fills and can never get a trader on phone in under 30-60 minutes.

I opened an account with Preferred Trade (see www.preferredtrade.com for info and demo). They have their own internet based program for trading. For options, it gives real time option chain quotes and will allow you to source your orders to whichever exchange you wish. It will also recommend the best exchange based on current price quotes. Best of all, every time I have called they have answered the phone in 3-4 rings and it has been a trader who could research my trade and give me an answer immediately.

I really like these people and just wanted to share that with you and the thread.

John
