I spent 7 hours on this link yesterday, compiling a book for myself and my family. When I get it formatted, I'll send you a copy.

I now know how to store butter for 3 years AND fresh eggs for 2 years. But sure hope I don't need to store that long! Just wanted to make sure I had butter and eggs thru this coming winter.

These were biggies for me. People can laugh all they want. I'll use this stuff regardless of Y2K impact. No loss here. But, sure makes me feel secure to have food on hand ... just in case.
