Robert : "....stocking up on canned food and bottled water in case vital services are cut off"

A similar cry went up in SAf, in 1994, before Nelson Mandela and his ANC cronies came into power. Those who stocked up are still sitting with their candles and bully-beef etc.

About a gold and silver stash, the problem is security. I have already had "people" in my home, with guns, threatening to kill me if I didn't open my safe. Not a nice experience --- particularly since I don't have a safe!
