Some more DD from RB. Nothing we haven't seen before, but since we have a lot of new members, I thought it was worth posting.

Microphonics has 3 divisions. The Microphonics division develops and markets The Microphonics Automotive Diagnostic System to the automotive and motor sports industries. This is the model a07 which sells for $695. This production is outsourced to Bulova Technologies which has a production capacity of 300,000 units per year.

The Ultaphonics division develops and markets The Ultaphonic Detector which is designed for industrial use. This is the model 111R CK which sells for $2995. This production is outsourced to UMM Electronics. The SoundLogic division develops the software for these device.

It is my belief that they do not charge for training as training could be done in less than 30 minutes because of the relative ease of use. If I were to sign a major contract to a Fortune 500 company like GM, I would throw in the training by giving a hour long seminar to all the plant managers to teach all their workers. However, one can see software upgrades being another source of revenue flow.

Audited financials are forthcoming. It is expected to that any projections of income will be conservative as you can only put down figures for revenue on devices delivered despite all the signed multi-million dollar contracts. Yes, you can count on more contracts being finalized in the coming months. Hearing the CEO talk about "hustling" to meet the military demand is very comforting as I believe that a military contract will be announced in the future that would greatly exceed any of the recent signing due to their huge infrastructure and their need for high quality government specifications IMHO.<<
