thanks eric, in fact is was posts from bruce that got me interested in aby's book--which i have read many times--you have cleared up what i was thinking--from my realitive newbie type knowledge on poles--it seems to me--and you seem to be veifying it--that high poles are more reliable when the indicators are negative--and low poles are something to keep your eye on when the short term indicators start to reverse once again thanks for taking the time to help educate stuart
