The judge has long since convicted TRBD -- we are now entering into the penalty, sentencing phase. The absurd analogy you draw in your post reveals both your ignorance of the criminal justice system as well as serious defects in your reasoning faculty. Unless you wish others to call you a moron for the remains of your life, please do yourself a favor, don't ever confuse a trial with a sentencing hearing. Even my next door neighbor's 8 year old daughter knows the differences very well.
