>>In fact, is there a majority ownership position any more since RG put his shares up as collateral last Spring?<<

Well, if there are 57M shares OS and 37M or so in the float, I don't think there is a majority ownership position.

>>But the larger question is... who started this talk of a reverse split/merger in the first place? Is there any substance to this speculation or has it been announced?<<

Others can probably answer this better. But it is well known that RG hates the OTCBB and wants off very badly. So far as I know there are 3 ways off. 1. reverse split to get the price high enough to qualify; 2. reverse merger; 3. get the stock price high enough through fundamentals and then aply.

#2 is by far the quickest way under most circumstances, so it is reasonable to speculate that RG might be thinking along these lines. Still, if the merger is to be paid for with TSIG shares, then the company has to raise the value of those shares. And since the shares have to come from somewhere, it seems it would involve some dilution. On the other hand, getting on the Nasdaq would be a huge boost to TSIG.

There is no substance to the speculation of a reverse anything. The subject has been mentioned as means of moving to the NASDAQ. Some members are nervous way early and trying to understand if there are detremental side effects for the shareholder in moving to the NASDAQ by a reverse merger with a NASDAQ company.

To all concerned remain calm. This possibility is months away. There are the first things at hand.

Watch the opening. Enjoy it.
Watch the existing contracts ramp up.
Watch for more allignments to enhance the product.
Watch for more contracts to sell the product.
Watch for expansion of the teleservices division through the existing contracts and new ones.
Wait for the earnings reports to show the growth of TSIG.
Patience will get the NASDAQ given the necessary time.

Given necessity or the opportuniy and the result is the immediate move to the NASDAQ then the above means will reward as the valuations are generated by the NASDAQ investors.
