Slider: You are correct. The first Reuters article (2:28 pm) was unclear, but the latest one (4:33 pm) is very clear. Definitely a major news event for Monday morning crude opening. I expect crude will gap up in the morning, but pull back if news about a quick repair surfaces. Traders should take the opportunity to ride up any short term strength IMO.
