Anyone: NN and its affiliates are at their lows for the current Q. The following questions arise.

a: Is this a random coincidence or one which has a common thread.?
b: If they are connected, is the majority holder responsible for the
poor performance of the Affiliates.?
c: Has NN stock price been affected by the poor performance of the affiliates.?
d:Siemens sales of TDM to S.America (Brazil) affected NN, Siemens also
tapered off its R&D investment in CKY. Is this purely coincidental. If not is there any downstream implication/agenda.?

Thanks.
