TI sees Q1 chip shipments up 4-6 pct vs Q1

ORLANDO, Fla., March 1, March 1 — Semiconductor
maker Texas Instruments is on track for 4-6
percent sequential growth in computer-chip
volume shipments in this year's first quarter, a
company executive said Monday.

Let's see: they get rid of the DRAM part of the business and make a profit. Now who did buy that money losing enterprise. It is there on the tip of my brain -- OH you know -- HA!!
