so if win95 came installed on a dell, they'll do support on the software?

i've actually experienced them doing just that, but their recorded messages always differentiate between software and hardware related probs. i.e., they give the impression that their policy is to not assist with software probs.

Ah yes, I've heard of those counterfeit disks -- never thought it would happen to me. I'll have my magnifying glass out when it arrives.

It would only surprise me because it is quite blatantly listed on the site as not requiring any other purchase, and Atacom is a large company that does a lot of business -- at least that's what THEY say. Their site actually is one of the best I've seen on the net for speed, organization, selection, price, and they don't rip you off TOO bad on the shipping.
