Ramsey, sorry for the delay in answering. Services covers many
different businesses with outsourcing and Y2K only a piece of it.
Y2K is actually a fairly small piece of services due to lack of
skills. IBM got rid of most of their old Cobol systems engineers a
long time ago and the remediation piece was done with a lot of
packaged offerings. Outsourcing has only scratched the surface.
Most large IT shops are still part of the existing enterprise not
outsourced. So the services business will grow particularly well
once we are over the Y2K phenomena when customers go back to
implementing ERP and Internet E@commerce.
