Russell looks sick to me.Went to cash two weeks ago. just daytrading here, mostly on the short side. I think the market is going to punish those who are new and possibly made some good profits on inets. Too many out there thinking trading for a living is easy. (it ain't, and the market is ready to humble some). Since I mostly trade the Russell, I want to see a powerful move through 400 before i'm convinced the downtrend is over.
Experience has taught me that most of annual income can be made during powerful upward moves even though they may only last 4 to 8 weeks at a clip. this is not the situation now, therefore i go to shorter term trades, as i am more concerned with preserving Capital than making a killing during these periods.. My theory is I earned it and i'm not giving it back. Maybe i'll coin a new phrase TRADING SCARED.
