Case no. CV 98-3219 MMM (Ex)
ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR JUDGEMENT ON THE PLEADINGS OF DEFENDANTS FLORIDA ATLANTIC STOCK TRANSFER AND SCOTT MAYER AND MOTION TO DISMISS DEFENDANT LAZAR, LEVINE & COMPANY

Filed: Feb. 23rd, 1999
The court granted defendants' motions.

IV: Conclusion (page 17 & 18)
For the foregoing reasons, the court grants defendants' motions. Mork may file an amended complaint on or before March 15th, 1999, consistent with the opinions expressed in this order. If an amended pleading is filed, defendants are directed to file responsive pleadings with 20 days of service. If Mork fails to file an amended pleading by March 15, 1999, the action will be dismissed for lack of prosecution without further notice.

signed and dated Feb 22, 1999 by District Judge Margaret M. Morrow

My comments. Mork's attorney appears to be not pursuing the civil case, and the whole case will be thrown out.

It is now up to the SEC and other agencies to come down on the RMIL BOD's and also the illegal short sellers.
