Kash, worried about copper process? The 0.25u K7 does not use copper, so if there's a problem, it won't delay the intro. One good sign for the 0.18u K7 is that AMD stated that the die size was "< 100 mm".

Don't think they'd say that if there wasn't a working mask yet.
