Perhaps I need to explain myself. First I am in RKR and I was not making a comment on RKR's merits as speculation. Second, I stand corrected that there have been large price run-ups on IP surveys in the past, however, I still believe it extremely unlikely in the current environment and there were comments on this thread that appeared to expect a big run-up on the release of the full I.P results. Third, I was not expecting any resolution whatsoever in Rock's suit from a first meeting. Rather, I was hoping to hear confirmation that talks were indeed underway. Their statement that "..... Rock is continuing to pursue its claim for 15 million......" at the end of the release was simply uninformative. I meant nothing more than that. I'll be a happy shareholder if they receive a third of their claim, if its more than that great!!!

Thanks for your comments
