I think that one takes a huge risk in fully trusting any corporate management, let alone one with no track record. Well, OK, a spotty track record. I'm not going to make any comment on the form as I've not yet digested it. One thing I will say, however, is that Sheppard is due a little praise for being forthright about this. I've seen too many non-reporting companies that simply print shares without informing shareholders. Mike
