Buffett may have repeated it, but the quote is from Mark Twain in Pudd'nhead Wilson. Just clarifying for the sake of accuracy, you understand :)

I quite agree with your statement, by the way. I think that one takes a huge risk in fully trusting any corporate management, let alone one with no track record. Well, OK, a spotty track record.

I'm not going to make any comment on the form as I've not yet digested it. One thing I will say, however, is that Sheppard is due a little praise for being forthright about this. I've seen too many non-reporting companies that simply print shares without informing shareholders.

And then, some management is good within certain areas, and totally lost in others. That is why most companies have CEO's, CFO's, CIO's, etc. I don't think there is one person that is expert in all 3+ areas needed to be GREAT in.
