I'm sorry Richard but I don't know for certain. The stock has traded as high as 1.25 after a news release a few weeks ago. It certainly tested support levels this week. I suppose it will be entirely dependent on what news and how it is taken.

I personally am very excited about the scope of RDIM's business plan but I am heavily invested so I must add the standard do your own due diligence disclaimer.

Oh yes and GO RDIM!

Jeff

Richard-

We definitely expect to hear "something" this week. According to the press release Friday from the President of RDIM, the acquisition of Personal Consumer Services, (PCS), is scheduled for final closing during the first week of March 1999 (that's within the next 5 business days). He further reiterated his commitment to shareholders that that the company would be operational during the first quarter of 1999.

This is indeed good news, and something the Company must deliver-on to maintain shareholder loyalty.

Finalization of the acquisition of PCS will bring about a strong price increase.

>> Based upon historical revenues of Thunderstick, revenues within the division are expected to reach $15 million within the first 18 months of the relationships. RDIM also wishes to thank those attendees at the Las Vegas conference. As a result of the conference, the company was able to sign a definitive Letter of Understanding with Personal Consumers Services (PCS), which, subject to the final results of the audits, should contribute an additional $7 million in revenues to the company. At the Las Vegas conference, RDIM also met with other attendees, representing nine
additional Wholesale Club locations who have expressed an interest joining the RDIM
team. <<

>>The company is in final stages of several acquisitions. The proposed acquisition
of Personal Consumer Services, (PCS) with headquarters in Atlanta and an additional
member sales and service facility in Birmingham, Ala., is scheduled for final closing
during the first week of March 1999. RDI management is pleased that the principals
of PCS will be joining the company in several capacities
that will fortify both the scope and depth of the existing management team. The
company believes that the quality of management staff that it can add as a result of
carefully selected acquisitions will only enhance its capacity to implement its service and
growth goals. Moreover, during the first week of March, Dean Barnes, vice
president of Sales, will initiate visits to the locations of several additional
prospective candidates being considered by the company. <<

With the low volume and strong support at .80 we will be seeing a strong push higher
once we can finalize our company's standings with PCS and Thunderstick.

Once this closure occurs and our web site is up and running the sky is the limit. Based
on the most recent press release and my speakings with John Folger we are right on
track and way ahead of gameplan.

In addition, I have word that RDI is expanding their locations to New York and Las
Vegas. We are on the brink of strong movement and at this point in time RDIM is
extremely undervalued, IMO.
