that supports two theorys #1 Npec's price does
follow Mdin's and this telecomm business is bigger
than we think which if good things happen with Mdin
and Telecom we should see big gains.

Jim, I know how good you are at doing DD, especially on the net. Suggestion..I don't have the time to do it. Metroplus is a Canadian Corp Yes??. Well wouldn't Metroplus have to report to the Gov't similiarly to US Corporations. That information must be public and obtainable. Maybe you could get a leg up on the market if the info could be obtained. regards. J
