TIME TO GROW AGAIN!!!
IDT - Seven Year History

1992: Stellar International Telecommunications Growth
In late 1991 IDT launched a renegade telecommunications application, International Call-Back. IDT saved
customers 80% off their current rates. The world's press featured IDT in over 50 languages in publications
such as Forbes, BusinessWeek, Newsweek, and the NY Times. IDT rapidly built a salesforce in 83 countries
and became a maverick international carrier.

1993: Commercial Long Distance in the U.S.
IDT leveraged its multi-country international traffic into very competitive domestic rates and targeted the small
business long distance market. IDT forged deals with all the major carriers including AT&T, Sprint, MCI,
Worldcom, and other regional telcos. IDT quickly built a strong base of long distance customers throughout
the U.S.

1994: Innovative Internet Launch combined with Long Distance IDT offered Internet, E-Mail, and long
distance calling services to U.S. businesses, a full two years ahead of any major phone carrier. IDT caught
the wave of the Internet just right, and consistently generated over 1,000 new Internet accounts per day.
IDT's revenue grew exponentially due to it's expanding International Call Back and U.S. Internet businesses.

1995: Leading U.S. Internet Provider & Carrier Division Launch IDT further leveraged its international Call
Back volume, and began selling wholesale international traffic to US based telephone companies, becoming
a carrier's carrier. IDT forged partnerships with Microsoft, Netscape, 3M, Accent, and Cisco to grow the
Internet division.

1996: Public Offering to Raise $46 Million & Net2Phone Launch In March of 1996, IDT raised $46 million in
public funds to fuel its aggressive growth. IDT developed and launched Net2Phone, a proprietary software
system that allows a PC user to call any regular telephone and slash international calling rates. The Carrier
Division grew substantially to become IDT's leading revenue generator.

1997: Aggressive Expansion of Internet Telephony Services & Network Facilities IDT focused its efforts
towards international Telecom expansion, particularly as international deregulation allows IDT to compete
more aggressively in many countries. IDT signed numerous operating agreements, expanded its overseas
facilities to UK, Hong Kong, Italy, increase its Prepaid Calling Card business by 400%. Net2Phone software
and platform was expanded, winning awards and gaining an incredible 30% Market Share of all Internet
Telephony minutes.

1998: Net2Phone Minutes and Market Share Explode through New IP Products IDT successfully completed a
secondary equity/debt offering raising nearly $300 million dollars. While all of IDT's divisions are expanding
well, a major effort has been in the Net2Phone division, where IDT has brought on more personnel and
financial resources for new product launches such as Net2Phone Pro and IP Gateways. IDT expects to see a
300-500% increase in Net2Phone minutes and revenues throughout the year
