It's reg S shares - foreign finance company buying stock at a discount price, not allowed to sell it for 3 months.

This "feature" is used by companies that cannot get funded in more normal ways.

Due to further regulations in such a deal, it is often connected with a pump from companys side, in order not to have to pay extra to the foreign "partner".

So IMO these stocks are in the float.

Foxbat....Great find. hmmmm. Now what's the correlation? Why were these companies issued shares of Firamada stock? This is getting very interesting.
