*** OT ***

Hi, freeus. Glad to see you got back OK. Did you see the post about the Seattle Dellheads? They were envious of your event, and are having a dinner at Ruth Christ's. You may have started a trend! And a darn good one at that <g>.

Re bear markets, I don't believe we're in one; just a minor sector rotation. But I'm going to grab me some April 32 1/2 cpq puts tomorrow morning. They closed at 1 3/4 on Friday.

So how many hours a day do you spend on SI <vbg>
Frank

freeus...less risk of selling short in a bear market.....

reverse the logic...if we are still in a choppy but yet bull market, their is less risk in selling puts.....you can finish the rest...

don't fight the tape....opportunities abound up or down...just have to see the trend....ed a.

p.s. you'll more than make up for the calls you bought back...patience, after the split...dell should move strongly...if you are interested in charts...compare dell now forming a double bottom with nov 27 week...similar pattern...look what happened after...all we need is a little help from the overall market..

it should, especially since 70% of all stocks have been going lower since April of 1998. We ARE in a bear mkt unless you own a few select large caps or tech stocks.
