Check this out: insiders.mw.cnation.com

SDTI sold 1,000,000 shares of VRSN @ $80. That's enough cash to pay for the entire stock buy back and they still have over 2 million shares of VRSN left. As well as $150 -$175 million in cash.

That's 5.50 - 5.75 a share in cash plus about another $175 million in VRSN stock or about $10 a share. Trading around $18 1/2 or so now. $8 1/2 for SDTI, great bargain. Earning .70 for 98. That's a PE of about 12 based on 98 earnings. Estimates for 99 of .87 or a PE of 9.75

FTEL (Franklin Telecom) 3 news releases today:

Franklin Telecom Introduces Internet PBX

Product Debuts at CTExpo in L.A.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999-- Franklin
Telecom (OTC BB: FTEL - news) today introduced the Franklin Internet
PBX: A Voice over IP PBX that includes a router, firewall and T1
integrator. This client server office telephone system is designed to
simplify and streamline communication among a geographically distributed
work group.

Peter Buswell, Franklin's President and COO explained, ''The Internet
PBX is what corporate America has been waiting for. It allows
corporations to place telephone and fax calls to all of their offices
without long distance or local telephone charges. As an added plus, it's
a fully functional PBX.''

The Franklin Internet PBX interconnects a Frame Relay based T1 from your
Internet Service Provider (ISP) into the same telephone system that
serves your Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and Inter Xchange Carrier (IXC)
allowing you to freely mix voice over IP with circuit switched phones
calls. Each Line Interface Unit (LIU) supports 24 analog stations that
can dial access either VoIP or circuit switched connections. For
example, the system could be configured so that the user would dial
''9'' for a regular ''switched'' call and dial ''8'' for an Internet,
free call. Multiple geographically distributed LIU's can operate under
the control of a single Microsoft NT Call Controller.

Buswell continued, ''This is a marriage made in corporate
heaven--bringing all the sexy new IP applications to the established
functionality of the PBX. This is absolutely great for corporate
America. Up until now, a Data Voice Gateway (DVG) still had a local call
at each end, and while long distance charges could be eliminated, there
was still that local fee. Now, when your branch offices talk to each
other via the Franklin Internet PBX, that is a completely free call.
This is something to shout about!''

The Franklin Internet PBX (Voice Exchange) will be demonstrated at the
CTExpo Spring '99 ctexpo.com which will be held March 2, 3rd
and 4th at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Franklin Telecom will be
in Booth 3301. This is the first of four product announcements which
will be made prior to the show.

The primary business of Franklin Telecom, founded in 1981, is the design
and manufacturing of communications devices, high speed LAN, WAN, Telco
and software. Franklin customers have installed over 100,000 nodes
worldwide. Franklin's Internet subsidiary FNet provides Voice over
Internet Protocol global Telco services.

Franklin Telecom Introduces Internet Gatekeeper

Franklin Gatekeeper Optimizes VoIP Interoperability

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999-- Franklin
Telecom announced today that it is introducing its new Franklin
Gatekeeper this week in Los Angeles. The Gatekeeper enables
interoperability between Franklin's family of VoIP products and H.323
compliant products from other vendors.

Franklin's Tempest® Data Voice Gateway Systems equipped with the
Gatekeeper can enable Computer to Phone, Computer to Computer and Web to
Call Center communications. (The Tempest DVG also facilitates calls from
any phone to any other phone.) The Gatekeeper can be run on the same
Microsoft NT Server that is running Franklin's proprietary
Authentication, Mapping, and Settlement (AMAS)/Billing system.

The Gatekeeper is available as an annual software support license. This
will insure Franklin customers that as standards evolve and become more
sophisticated, their Gatekeepers will keep pace with these changes.

The Gatekeeper, in conjunction with other Franklin Telecom products,
will be demonstrated March 2-4th at CTExpo '99 at the Los Angeles
Convention Center. Franklin Telecom will be in Booth 3301. This is the
second of four announcements that will be made prior to the show.

Franklin Telecom Sweetens Voice over the Internet for Remote Workers

Branch DVG Ideal for Small Branch Offices

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999-- Franklin
Telecom (OTC BB: FTEL) is introducing a four port version of their award
winning Tempest® Data Voice Gateway this week at CTExpo '99 in Los
Angeles. The Branch DVG has been optimized for the needs of the remote
worker or for small branch offices.

Each Branch DVG can interconnect four analog devices--including phones,
fax or key system lines--directly to the Internet or to a private data
network. The Branch DVG incorporates many of the same features found in
the larger Tempest while drastically reducing the cost for integrating
the remote worker or small branch office into the mainstream corporate
environment.

Peter Buswell, Franklin's President and COO said, ''This is super cool
because, for once, the little guy can actually be out in front of the
giants. The mega-corporations are being very conservative about diving
full-blown into the Voice over the Internet (VoIP) revolution--and yet
with the Branch DVG the small to medium businesses can easily afford to
take advantage of VoIP features that make them look (and function) like
giants to their customers. This can give them a great edge.''

The Branch DVG is a low-profile, easy to remotely manage SNMP compliant
package. It will be demonstrated at CTExpo '99 in Booth 3301. This is
the third of four announcements that will be made prior to the show.

The primary business of Franklin Telecom, founded in 1981, is the design
and manufacturing of communications devices, high speed LAN, WAN, Telco
