Well, its good to see that many of us still retain high hopes for the FAST-1. In my opinion much rests on the capabilities of M. Jacob's as a "salesman" and I have yet to see volume sales so that appears to be an unproven quality [hopefully NOT for much longer ]. With other intraosseous devices now FDA approved on the market and with the WR tests apparantly NOT selecting any device as the "device of choice" we will soon see who wins the race for the first major order......FAST1 / BIG1 / SUR FAST / or JAM SHIDI. However, in that the market is big enough for everybody....and many people in the field seem to favour the FAST1 for a "non-combat" environment I'm betting on PYNG.....even if the profit margin turns out to be smaller due to ""competition"". As to when that first order will land......I now think before June 1 I.M.H.O. Good luck all, LOR
