Morgy_Dog, Thank you for your comments and references concerning the FCC ruling. I saw your references on the Gold Monitor Thread to my posts here. I was disappointed that so few seem to care that the surplus isn't real. I guess it doesn't bother the political extremes. I'm still not clear on what the FCC has done but I'll keep digging to find the order and will send you a private email when I sort it out. I guess this isn't the thread to discuss any of these subjects anyhow. Kind regards, Larry
