RECOMMENDATION CHANGES:
THQI: WEDBUSH MORGAN reconfirms the recommendation as Strong
Buy on 02/26/99

There is absolutely nothing wrong here accept selling, and if people want to sell, let them sell. Heck, I love sitting in a stock with a trailing PE of under 10, and a forward PE of under 8 1/2. Oh did I forget to mention a growth rate of 20%. OK, ok, preaching to the choir.

I also wanted everyone to know why we are going lower this morning. I bought some more at the open at 20 3/16, so this is expected. The stocks I purchase always go South after I buy them, so this is an expected market reaction to my purchase!

Todd -- I believe in hindsight the secondary was needed to allow the institutions to invest in THQ at the levels they have. Its a mute point really -- its done. I believe THQ would be far more stable if we had 20 million shares -- and a larger true float -- right now we almost have no float IMO -- which means price can be run up or down (right now down) with ease --

<<Good or Bad?>>

Jim, it's good. CompUSA featured Thunder in its flyer (not Revenge) at the very attractive price of $34.95. Thus, the one per customer limit. Three other big chains advertised THQ games this weekend. I believe it was Target that featured Rugrats instead of WCW. It's great news. The game is still being pushed and will help WCW revenue drop as a pct. of the whole from the comparable quarter last year.

Nice of Wedbush to add a penny to Q4, 1999 while they were at it.

Btw, I have a feeling that THQ will show some pretty amazing growth in Q3. The reorders of Rugrats skus, Sinistar, and hopefully Shao Lin will really supplement the release schedule (Road Rash et al.)

Needless to say, today's price is a joke, and temporary. Rugrats is not at all factored in here.
