I was wondering whether or when the whole enchilada was going to be on one screen. This PR seems to say not today, but soon: Today, HyperTV users can watch video on a standard television set while viewing synchronized web content and interacting with other users via their computer. HyperTV offers all programmers an immediate, powerful and cost-effective solution for providing a compelling interactive experience to their viewers and advertisers. As broadband technology and digital cable become pervasive, users will be able to experience video with synchronized web content and chat simultaneously delivered to a TV. No way $20 today, or even in the month of March, but . . . who knows?
