And offhand thought....
Isn't Net Radio dependant on Real Audio?
Here are some thoughts from Steve Harmon...

Message 7808746

If AOL would be looking at Real Network....they should look at Net Radio!! Just wishful thinking....

It would seem to me that how people play the post S-1 filing will depend on the terms of the S-1 and the projected IPO date.

There has been talk on this board and others that NAVR may distribute stock to NAVR holders as of a certain date or allow them to purchase a specified number of shares of the IPO. This would impact how I would handle the post S-1 filing.

As we have seen in other IPOs, the projected date of the actual trading of the new stock is always dependent on market conditions at that time. Therefore, we not be able to depend on the projected filing date.

People are starting to lose interest in this stock. They need to get things rolling. I can guarantee 100% there will be news in the a.m. I won't guarantee it will be S-1 news, maybe they signed Bill Clinton for a recording contract after he is out of office. :)
