Max and P.F. - I have been following this stock too. I am an investor and have been waiting for the quarterly report. The fact that it is late is scary. I wonder whether this David ferran is in over his head. I would also like to know what the company says as to when their quarterly report will come out.

First let me say it's nice to see some activity on this board--I'm glad others are looking into this SEC filing on their own--it's in lotsa legalese and I was hoping for elaboration, clarification, or a better understanding. I pulled up my info from Edgar-on-line, and am happy to revise my conclusion based on others reading.
As to my call. I spoke with the company CFO today and basically asked 3 questions; 1) What's with the filing. 2) When can we expect an earnings report. 3) How's biuisness.

1) Mr Piser (sp?) seemed genuinely puzzled about the filing. I believe he made notes in order to check for himself. Surely would lend credibility to another interpretation (sorry) however he seemed not to be aware of any filing.

2) Stated earnings for FY and 4th quarter would be issued sometime mid March. no specific date decided yet.

3) First let me say I'm very (by my standards) long this stock and have an interest in hearing things in a positive light. However I was less than overwhelmed By Mr. Piser's response. Indicated that Co is still at mercy of semi equip turnaround (which I interpreted to mean in their minds it had not started yet) and that he was surprised at how slow orders were coming in. I asked about quote activity, and once again the response was rather subdued. What really was of concern to me was that we're 2/3's the way through the first quarter, I would assume had things begun to look up he might have indicated such.
I hasten to say this was my subjective impression of our conversation--but will add I desperately would have loved to hear something even midly positive which I could've reported. I would also suggest anyone long this stock call directly, him or herself (Subm 1-610-391-9200), and please let us know what you find out. If you have any more specific questions about the conversation I'll do my best, in response to your post.
