hey guys, i am not negative on either of the companies, but i spoke directly to cabec's attorney who has a different story than what michael just posted. a company that is being spun-off cannot spin itself off! also the certificates that CABEC sent to the transfer agent just a couple of weeks ago were the wrong certificates. new ones are on the way. all of this is being done by CABEC and can only be done by CABEC, not the union group. i support michael and the pallet company and put this company in a long term category for my portfolio. i hope that the union group will some day do something, and the only way that will happen is to separate the companies (CABEC has owned 100% of the union group stock for months) and let the union group do what they have done here again. joni
