Richie... the way I'm hearing it, futures are about 6 points below fair value and the entire sector is weakening on the downgrade of INTC. Faber said that the sector is being "whip-sawed" by upgrades and downgrades that are inconsistent. IMHO, Apparently, the sector is looking for leadership and is trying to find direction. will take a couple days for this mess to stabilize. El

Richie: Last year CPQ and INTC dropped in tandem when INTC warned - I think a lot of the damage was done to INTC on Friday.

My picks for today based on TA and good news (They've got to show the volume though) -

LEH - breakout @ 55 - Chart is beautiful, it's not tech, and it got upgraded.

MER - breakout @ 80 - ditto LEH

ORCL - breakout @ 60 - Good chart, declares split, positive comments per Maria, MSFT troubles
