Dear Don, OT "In light of the Raliegh story, it is a fair question." Take a moment to think, if that isn't a foreign concept: What does Raliegh have to do with DCTC? Have you posted this "question" on every issue you aren't invested in? For you benefit I am not a paid promoter either. A few inquiries if I may, and please respond on a PM: Have you ever been paid by anyone to bash/hype an issue? Are you "invested" in FTEL? If you would like to invest in DCTC do so.
