YZ, I would phrase, "using a hoary trick to divert not-too-bright investors from looking at the actual reports in detail, Dell has again decided to do something silly that has no meaning. And, this time they decided to do it at a lower price than in the past. Why do they need to split? The market is doing it for them automatically." That would be the "neutral" way to report the split scam. <g> MB
