Lucky you, my quotes and L2 died exactly at market open, they all say my password is no good. The phone support line is busy so I guess it isnt just me.

Last time this happened it took half the day to fix, and I found out that they have ONE server for processing passwords. There is a backup, but it is not live and cannot be used right away without moving files. Are you happy to use a quote source with a weak link that has no redundancy? How much did your lack of quotes cost you this morning?
