One correction on my Recap post(so far)., they do carry the Peruvian property in the assets as $1.5 million and carry the $424k owed as liability. As previously stated though, the $1.5 million valuation is subject to change in the near term, according to the 10ksb.

Stock Price...
I read somewhere that the weather had impaired Maderas ability to ship product to market during the last quarter of the year. I am sorry, I don't remember where this info came from. Have you heard this? Wouldn't this negatively impact earnings?

Is the short term movement in stock price going to be effected by earnings, web site, or the land sale. Just curious of your opinion.
