Regarding Veladero, ABX has a direct 40% interest as a joint venturer in whatever is ultimately found in the ground, in addition to its shareholding in ARP. Unless ARP in its gold estimates already reduces the estimate by 40% (in which case gross gold equivalent of Veladero would be about 13.33 MM oz.), one does need to divide the gold between the joint venturers.
