Criminal cases are more difficult to win, but I agree, civil penalties dont' seem like enough. Maybe the SEC will use civil discovery to find out more about Ledford and his Cronies.

Excellent idea. If nothing else, the SEC actions confirm to those who have doubts that there IS a story there, and a wild one.
