Compuware Announces Acquisition of M.I.S. International Inc.

Agreement Will Transition More Than 400 Professional Services Personnel To Compuware Professional Services Division

23, 1999 it completed its acquisition of M.I.S. International Inc. (M.I.S.), a privately held provider of Information Technology (IT) professional services. The
acquisition will be accounted for as a pooling of interests. Approximately 400 M.I.S. professional services personnel will transition to Compuware's
Professional Services Division as a result of the acquisition.

Franklin Telecom Introduces Internet Gatekeeper
Franklin Gatekeeper Optimizes VoIP Interoperability
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999-- Franklin Telecom announced today that it is introducing its new Franklin Gatekeeper this week in Los Angeles. The Gatekeeper enables interoperability between Franklin's family of VoIP products and H.323 compliant products from other vendors.

Franklin's Tempest® Data Voice Gateway Systems equipped with the Gatekeeper can enable Computer to Phone, Computer to Computer and Web to Call Center communications. (The Tempest DVG also facilitates calls from any phone to any other phone.) The Gatekeeper can be run on the same Microsoft NT Server that is running Franklin's proprietary Authentication, Mapping, and Settlement (AMAS)/Billing system.

The Gatekeeper is available as an annual software support license. This will insure Franklin customers that as standards evolve and become more sophisticated, their Gatekeepers will keep pace with these changes.

The Gatekeeper, in conjunction with other Franklin Telecom products, will be demonstrated March 2-4th at CTExpo '99 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Franklin Telecom will be in Booth 3301. This is the second of four announcements that will be made prior to the show.
