The strange thing is that the Thompson Institutional Interest Indicator is showing virtually no selling interest from the institutions but a lot of buying interest. If this is indicator is any good at all it must be saying that all the sales are from retailers who are customers of the 9-10 brokerage houses which have cautioned, or the general public tuned into the media.

Institutional buying interest gets stronger at 32 3/4. Very little selling interest. Good sign. Nervous individual investors must be selling while insitutions keep buying up shares.
