Well Bob, I dunno if this is much needed but it sure sounds a little better than the floorless convertible. Remember how last time you were saying that these guys were in it for the long haul? They weren't. They drove the stock down to the 20 cent level. I would appreciate you posting the terms of this agreement. On Edgar yet? It is not the dilution that I am worried about but the dumping of stock. We need a contract with a company with sales and cash, pure and simple. Joe
