I was about to remove the bookmark for lack of activity when lo and behold four messages. By the way, I got the investor package from Ubet and it looks interesting. I am unable to download the software since I have an aging Mac and as best as I can see it doesn't accept the world's greatest PC. Discrimination!

I've been doing some homework on the three systems in progress for cyber betting. Each is different but very interesting. One from USVGA--not yet in service-- uses cable and likely because of expense would be for professional horsemen and serious gamblers.

By the wsay, charger, my three-year-old is one of the 372 horses in the future book field for the Derby, a very unlikely starter at this moment. Struck a tendon during a workout six weeks ago at Gulfstream and just going back into training.

Might add some interest in this thread if handicappers like poeticjustice give us their analysis of how the Derby is shaping up.
Remember: second round of future book betting starts in a few weeks.
