David, yes I did get a refund ... but I did ask quite pointedly for one. <g>

BMI techsupp has finally owned up to a network change thursday evening that apparently wiped out equity trade data until 11:51 am friday morning (equity quotes and index chart data were uninterrupted). The sunspot bs and the adjacent microspace change turned out to be completely spurious to the real problem. My first email to BMI was at 9:42am. Took me 8 minutes to figure it out. Only took BMI techsupp 3.5 days.

I must feel like Don Quixote and BMI must be looking like a windmill today --- now I am trying to rectify the fairly constants efforts of BMI techsupp to wash their hands of any problem following mention of any Omega product. Perhaps some good will come of it - sometimes the acorn does find the blind squirrel. ;-)
